    Matthew is from Chattanooga, and is an avid fitness enthusiast. He enjoys combining both strength and endurance training into his personal fitness, and has a passion to help others reach their full potential through personal training and fitness coaching.

    Apart from coaching, Matthew has a passion for ministry, and loves to travel and experience different cultures around the world.

    Logan Sherwin

    FITNESS TRAINER

    Logan is from Tucson, AZ and recently moved to Chattanooga. His journey in personal training started with the personal goal to become stronger and then help others achieve the same thing. His passion for strength training evolved into a specific interest for corrective exercise. Now, Logan specializes in both strength training and corrective exercise training, and is able to utilize his skillset to coach clients to lasting and sustainable results.

    Emily Bridges

    FITNESS TRAINER

    Emily is an International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Certified Trainer. She enjoys really listening to her clients and tailoring their workouts to things they enjoy, with a focus on increase of strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and improvement of overall health.

    Emily loves all varieties of workouts, especially running outside and HITT classes. When she isn't making her clients their best selves, she spends time with her husband Mike, four year old twins Emmett and Sophie, and their kitty, Leena.
